$8,000 Tax credit

Time may be running out for the first time home buyer tax credit. New homes must close and fund by Novenber 30th. So most properties should probably be "out of the ground" in prder to egt in on time. A word to the wise.

First time buyer's first tax time.

If you purchased your home in 2008 be sure you take your HUD closing statement along when you file your taxes! If you purchased after June , be sure you ask about the income tax credit for first time home buyers! A tax credit is applied against your taxes owed.
