Welcome to my website. I'm Olivia Angus Licensed Associate Broker. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, I worked for the New Mexico Human Services Departmant as a county office manager. I enjoyed working with people so much that when I retired, I decided to follow this with a career in real estate. I speak Spanish and have worked with quite a few Spanish speaking only clients. I'm a Native New Mexican. We lived for a time in Washington state but missed the sunny days so much we moved back. I know you'll love our climate here too. Because I've lived in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho for all my adult life, I am familiar with the market and know that I can meet your real estate needs.

 I have a little Chihuahua named Cha Cha. She is so spoiled and loves sitting on my lap when I'm working on the computer. She's mostly white and weighs 5 lbs. She recently went for a pedicure and OMG you'd have thought they were killing her. Poor baby. For all you "dog lovers" out there, I know where the vets and best boarding places are in Rio Rancho and emergency hospitals in Albuquerque. Enough about my dog.

I enjoy traveling, going to the movies, reading, and visiting with friends and family.
