Albuquerque, NM, November 10, 2010 – Closed sales declined slightly in the month of October according to the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. There were 456 closed sales in October, down four percent from September. Overall, closed sales in the Albuquerque housing market declined 37-percent when compared to October 2009.
