Personal Background

I was born and raised in Northern California.  My husband and I met and married in Petaluma, CA in 1990.  We have two children. Troy is now 18 and is attending school at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology where he is studying Mechanical Engineering and Kristina is attending Valencia High School and modeling for Barbizon.

Professional Background

Prior to getting into Real Estate, I worked a bookeeper, an office manager, an assistant to a CPA and then I owned my own web design business for a few years.  All these things prepared me for Real Estate.

I started in Real Estate in Northern California where I was an office manager for a commercial Real Estate firm.  After moving to New Mexico in 2002, I worked as a transaction manager to a top producing Realtor here in Valencia County for a year.

So, as you can see - I have "EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST".

Community Involvement

I'm active in our community working with the Valley Improvement Association (www.v-i-a.org) and the Las Maravillas Homeowners Association (www.LasMaravillas.org).

In my spare time, if there is any of that left, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, quilting and scrapbooking.

Education

I graduated Heald Business College as an Accounting Computer Specialist Dipoloma and then attending Santa Rosa Jr. College, where I obtained my Web Design Certification.  Prior to obtaining my New Mexico Real Estate Licence, I attended Kaplan Real Estate School in Albuquerque. I recently went back to college at UNM to get my degree in Organizational Learning & Instructional Technology.
