Linda has a team of buyer specialists who specialize in showing homes, keeping up with the newest homes on the market and networking to get you just the right property.   They specialize in new homes, resale properties and land sales in all price ranges and areas.

Linda has been in real estate since 1995, and has served on volunteer committees at the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors.  She has specialized in the high tech venue in real estate sales, and had one of the first real estate websites at the local level.  She has been asked to serve as an expert witness for legal matters and has spent time in training and consulting other brokers.

Linda has lived in Albuquerque since 1979.  She enjoys her southwestern home and loves to fish, hike in the foothills and take time for one of her favorite pastimes - cooking for her family.

Cathryn Jones and her team of specialized virtual assistants  run the transaction coordination and management process to make sure deadlines are met, disclosures and all important documents are processed and make sure that the mortgage and title company are all on track. There are many things that have to run in the background to get your transaction to close on time and with little effort on your part - their job is to make sure things run smoothly.

The marketing team specializes in managing the marketing materials and organizing the feedback requests on property showings.   Sellers are kept up to date on the marketing methods being used to sell their property, and data is collected weekly on recent internet viewings and consumer inquiries.  Under Linda's direction they keep all Web sites up to date with property listings, as well as advertising on Craig's list and other Internet and social media networks to get your property out front in the marketplace.
