Personal Background

John Kynor has been a resident of Albuquerque for 31 Years and has been a Top Producing Real Estate Broker since 2003. 

He is the youngest of five children from two amazing parents (both still in the Albuquerque area), has eight nephews, and one niece.  John is proud to say that he has a very tight knit family and is very much dedicated to his family.  He sees family as his number one asset as they have been his inspiration, role models, and biggest chearleaders throughout John's entire life, though most recently during his great success as an Albuquerque Real Estate Broker and Albuquerque Realtor.

When not selling real estate, which is one of John's favorite things to do you will often find John outdoors.  John enjoys riding anything with two wheels: motorcycles, mountain bikes, and road bikes,.  He enjoys hiking and traveling.  During the cooler months, John enjoys snowboarding, skiing  

John TRULY enjoys "selling" real estate, but does not consider it a sales position, nor does he consider it a job.  He is often one of the first brokers to the office and one of the last to leave.  This is because he loves helping people find their next home, sell the one they're currently in, and often times help people relocate to Albuquerque from other parts of the country.  Contrary to popular belief, John has not "sold" a single home.  Rather, he has opened a lot of doors and let the homes speak for themselves.  John considers his role to be "the keeper of the keys".  He doesn't care to be a sales person and he attributes the success he has enjoyed to his low-pressure approach.
