After conducting a complimentary comparative market analysis of your property, we will work together to determine the true market value of your home so that your property will be competitive and will sell within your time frame. I will then create an individualized marketing plan for you based on your specific needs so that your home receives as much exposure to qualified buyers as possible. Once we have a contract, I will manage your transaction from start to finish and will keep in constant contact with you so that you can participate in all of the details of your escrow.

I am commited to helping you find a home that fits your budget, location and lifestyle needs. I will guide you through a needs assessment to help you decide exactly what you are looking for, and will answer any questions you may have about neighborhoods, demographics, etc. We will comb through the Multiple Listing Service, new construction homes and even "for sale by owner's" and will go see the homes that best match your criteria. Once we eliminate homes that do not match what you are looking for, I will conduct a comparative market analysis on the top contenders to ensure that you don't pay too much for your new home. After we make an offer that is accepted I will oversee the entire escrow process and will be in constant touch with you so that you are aware of, and can participate in all the details of the transaction.
