I will guide you through a needs assessment to help you decide exactly what you are looking for, and will answer any questions you may have about neighborhoods, demographics, etc. We will comb through the Multiple Listing Service, new construction homes and even "for sale by owner's" and will go see the homes that best match your criteria. Once we eliminate homes that do not match what you are looking for, I will conduct a comparative market analysis on the top contenders to ensure that you don't pay too much for your new home. After we make an offer that is accepted I will oversee the entire escrow process and will be in constant touch with you so that you are aware of, and can participate in all the details of the transaction.
