After spending 18 years in management and accounting I am delighted that I have found a profession where I can apply my business skills with my love for working with people and interest in homes.

RELOCATION: I am a Certified Relocation Specialist with various world-wide relocation organizations--such as Cartus, Cornerstone, Primacy, USA Certified, and Prudential Relocation. I have vast experience, working since 2003 as one of the preferred Realtors helping local businesses relocate dozens of people to Albuquerque. 

REAL ESTATE: Selling or buying a home is an infrequent and often intimidating experience for most people. My goal is to advise you during the sale or buying process and to make sure that the all-important paperwork is attended to.     I have over 18 years experience in management accounting. For 11 years, I worked at Science Application International Corporation; SAIC is a fortune 250 company with 45,000 employees and leading provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions.  In the capacity of group financial administrator for a $25 million budget department I had the opportunity to lead the   negotiations of various SLA (service level agreements)-forecast and allocate costs, plus I developed and implemented a customer satisfaction evaluation process.

    Personal Background

    I was born on the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic. I attended college at Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico. The biggest challenge of my life was moving to the US and having to learn English while attending college. While living in Northern Virginia and working in Washington, DC for five years, I met my husband Michael at work in 1987, we got married in 1990 and moved to beautiful San Diego in California. There my son Matthew was born in 1992.  He is now a Junior at the Albuquerque Academy.

    In 2001, my husband job relocated us to the Land of Enchantment.  When we first moved here we missed the water, and somewhat the California's life style, but after about a year we started to really feel comfortable in Albuquerque.  We are lucky to live in the High Desert area, where open space. and wild life is abundant.  One of our pastimes is to go for a walk on one of the many trails, or watch the magnificient sunsets or admire the city lights.   We feel this  is a great place to raise your family, retire or just come to visit and spend some time in your second home.

    Community Involvement

    I am involved in church outreach, particularly Christian Children Outreach and Children International.

    What my family enjoys most about sponsoring children is reading the letters they write to us about their lives and schooling. They call us "Padrinos," which means Godparents.

    Personal Interests

    I love all ethnic foods, particularly Spanish. My two favorite authentic Spanish restaurants are in Santa Fe. Our favorite Albuquerque eatery is Antiquity in Old Town. We also enjoy Savory Fare and Indian Palace.

    My favorite place to visit in New Mexico is Santa Fe, for the shopping, eating and artwork.

    My favorite time of the year is fall. Where I grew up, I never saw any other color of leaves but green. After I moved to Virginia, I was amazed to see the colors of the Shenandoah Valley for the first time in the fall.

    I enjoy reading, attending a women bible study, movies and a good play.  I also like volunteering at my son's school and in the different activities he participates.  I also enjoy dancing, music and reading.
