Personal Background

Carol Sauder grew up in Irving Texas after high school she attended Whittier College located in Whittier California where she met her husband Scot Sauder.  After living and working in the Los Angeles area and the Dallas /Fort Worth metro plex we moved to Albuquerque 17 years ago, we have loved every moment of it.  Carol is the mother of two wonderful daughters; Ainsley the sports fanatic who graduated from the University of Alabama May 2009 and will be attending TEXAS A & M for graduate School and Heather the horse fanatic who is currently attending Furman University in Greenville South Carolina.   Both daughters found colleges by searchring on www.farfrommom.com only kidding.

Professional Background

Carol Sauder has been in Real Estate 7 years.  Serving first time buyers and investors, as well as long time Albuquerque residents.  I know the city of Albuquerque and surrounding areas very well.  I believe there are different areas of town that will meet your interests.  Whether it is UNM area living, Downtown lofts, finding the right schools- public or private, land for animals or a community feel I can help you determine what is important and find it.

Carol is active with the Habitat for Humanity here in Albuquerque.  She has also served for several years on school committees and organizations.  These include Legacy Art benifitting St. Pius High School and Art has Heart, The Bosque School parent association and clothing sales, Manzano Day School parent association and fall festival.
