    Welcome to my website! I would like to start your visit with a little information about myself. I LOVE being a Realtor! I strive to provide excellent client care. My office contacts my clients weekly to provide updates, answer questions, and just chat a little about what has gone on over the last week. I am a top producer, and my professional awards include Rookie of the Year 2009, as well as Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award. I am a go-getter and ready to help you buy or sell your home!

     I specialize in listing the Valencia County area as well as the Torrance and Socorro County areas. My goal when listing is to listen to the client and work with them on pricing and marketing. I want to price the listing right the first time and market it fully. This means that I provide the professional pictures and virtual tour as well as mailers/postcards to promote the property! Ample website exposure is also a plus when you list with Coldwell Banker Legacy. 

     I also enjoy working with buyers! I have taken great strides to be able to say that I specialize in First Time Homebuyers. I have great rapport with two loan officers that, I am proud to say, are part of my team! It is important for me to gather infomation from a prospective buyer, and get them to the right lender. The lenders on my team are responsive and highly knowledgable in their field, because I want my clients to experience great customer care from everyone involved in their transaction.

Personal Background

I am a working mother and wife. I have been married for 13 years and we have two children. Our family is rounded off by two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain Dog.

I grew up in Gallup, N.M. and later, Albuquerque. Yes, a native New Mexican! I have had oppurtunity to relocate, and can't imagine living anywhere else. I love it here! But, traveling, that's something that I do enjoy!

 


Professional Interests

My current professional interests are simple. I want to provide the best service, the best transaction, and the best follow up in the counties in which I work. This is, however, no easy task and there is always room for improvement. I aim to stay up to date on any and all major, and minor changes within the business. In order to do so, I make it a point to attend all of the relevant classes and meetings that we can, in order to stay well informed. I also make myself completely available for feedback from clients as well as other agents so that I can keep a close watch over the quality of my work practices. In closing, I want to be THE BEST in the business; this is my goal. Knowledge is power and helping people is rewarding; I seek to do both.

I am an ex-educator. Being in the schools was both challenging and rewarding and in many ways, it prepared me for a sucessful career in real estate. I am self motivated, organized, and a great communicator. These qualities helped me in the classroom and they have also been invaluable in real estate. I am a born people person, which hasn't hurt either!
