Homes are fairly valued in metro Albuquerque, says the House Prices in America report for the third quarter of 2009. The quarterly House Prices report covers 330 metro areas. The fairly valued cities are those with home prices within 14% of exactly fairly valued, in a statistical sense.

United Van Lines moved 2,482 shipments in and out of New Mexico during 2009. Of those, 1,378 or 55.5% came to the state while the rest departed. With the percentage of inbound shipments being over 55%, New Mexico lands in United’s 11-state “high inbound” group for the year.
