Golf Tourists Coming to New Mexico

In the who-would-have-thought department, golf draws tourists to Albuquerque and New Mexico. "From desert links to parkland to mountain courses, we offer arguably the most diverse golf experience available in one area," says the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau (www.itsatrip.org). Metro area courses including Paa-Ko Ridge, Twin Warriors and UNM's Championship Golf Course consistently draw good reviews from national golf media.

Tell your friends about New Mexico Golf Destinations (www.newmexicogolfdestinations.com), a nonprofit collaboration of golf courses, hotels, the PGA and the tourism department. Its mission is to introduce New Mexico as a golf destination and provide potential visitors with accurate, reliable information.
