The number of pending sales of single family detached homes in Albuquerque increased to 768 during August. Pending sales were 678 during May and now have shown three consecutive months of growth.

Effective October 1, the unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County have new water use and conservation requirements. More than 110,000 people are affected by these new rules.
